Comedian Tim Dillon delivered a damning assessment of Donald Trump’s Iran war on the latest episode of “The Tim Dillon Show.”

“This is a geopolitical disaster. It’s a global economic disaster,” said Dillon, one of several podcasters whose interviews with MAGA figures were credited with boosting Trump’s 2024 election win but who has since turned fiercely critical of the president and his administration.

“This is a geopolitical nightmare now. It’s an economic catastrophe,” he continued, blasting those “trying to justify this as anything other than a strategic blunder” as shills.

“This is not how you project power,” Dillon said. “You don’t project power by getting your allies attacked and making a big mess of everything.”

Dillon described the Iran conflict as “a war of choice, largely at the behest of a foreign power, if not completely” and said it is “the way a dying empire spits and sputters out.”

He also accused the Trump administration of “gaslighting the public,” adding, “Our government’s completely dysfunctional and everybody knows it.”
