Before she addresses meat/food specifically, she mentions child tax credits from the Big Beautiful Bill helping families (sure, SOME families), along with the low cost of fuel (uhh...see #40), as well as the potential impact from undoing Biden-era protections against offshore drilling in the Gulf. However, as this MS NOW article points out, energy output hit all-time highs during the Biden administration.
