A sneaky, gross smell is never welcome. But when it's in your home? It's GOTTA go. Lighting a candle can go a long way (depending on the candle), yet it won't cut it for every smell. I've used a couple of different scents of these and am actually working my way through a lovely gardenia version. They indeed get rid of funky smells like roasting Brussels sprouts, bathroom smells, and even your neighbor's wafting odors. 

I've used this on weird cooking smells (ahem, roasting broccoli and brussels sprouts) both in my own apartment and ones wafting over from my neighbors. I've also sprayed it around my windows when I can tell someone's smoking cigarettes on their fire escape. A little truly goes a long way, and it works quickly. Gross smell? This HANDLES it.
