Jimmy Fallon Imagines Trump’s March Madness Bracket And We’re Not Surprised

In a monologue filled with jokes about President Donald Trump’s war against Iran, Jimmy Fallon pivoted to March Madness. He still found a way to posterize the president. The NCAA basketball tournament was set to begin with the First Four on Tuesday and Wednesday before it begins in earnest on Thursday. The “Tonight Show” host said on Monday that 100 million brackets are expected to be filled out for fans trying to predict the winners of each game ― “even President Trump.” Fallon asked, “Can we see it?” An image flashed up of heavy black lines obscuring the bracket. “Even that’s redacted,” Fallon cracked. “That’s crazy.” Trump and his Justice Department slow-walked the release of many of the files related to the late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. And when many papers were made public, Democrats such as Rep. Jamie Raskin (Md.) suggested the DOJ flouted transparency laws with heavy redactions. Redactions connected to files specifically about Trump have invited much scrutiny.
