Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) says retaliatory strikes have been launched against US forces in the region, specifically mentioning bases in Kuwait, Bahrain, and Jordan, according to Iranian news reports.
The United States military’s Central Command (CENTCOM) earlier launched attacks “against multiple targets in Iran”, saying the strikes were in “self-defense”.
